Some days, we jumped out of bed without any problems. You feel strong and vibrant: no feeling of lethargy or fatigue. Other days, it's quite the opposite, the clock is difficult and sluggish although it has had enough sleep. But how is this possible?
We have already discussed the operation of the sleep and now you know one night consists of several cycles of sleep. In each cycle, it goes through several stages of sleep to get to REM sleep. The ideal is to wake during this REM sleep because the body is alert during this phase and it is easy to wake.
With our alarm, we often interrupt sleep cycle in the middle of a phase of deep sleep. This causes fatigue and lethargy that we can feel in the morning.
So set your alarm and try different combinations of sleep until you get to wake up constantly during REM sleep. Add 20 minutes, remove 40 minutes. Made more trying to find the best time of awakening. The one where you will really feel yourself. You know when you find the ideal combination.
