Myth: I can only sleep three hours yesterday, today I will recover my lost sleep time I fell asleep for 10 hours.
Reality: It's a myth that may seem logical, but the truth is otherwise. It does not recover in time to sleep. If we only slept three hours the first night you will not need to replace the missing three hours the next night.
Myth: The more I sleep, I'm more dynamic and vigorous in the morning.
Fact: Most of you have already experienced: You sleep a lot, but yet you still want to sleep and you feel no dynamics. This is completely false: beyond a certain number of hours of sleep, you will not feel the dynamism but softness.
